Relative Pronoun

Relative Pronoun is words which combine the words, phrase and sentence to be great sentence.

There are five relative pronoun words which mostly use, that is who, which, whom, whose, that

Who and whom are refer to people. Which refer to things, qualities and ideas. Whose and that also refer to things, qualities and ideas.

1.     Who

Who is the words which explain the people who become the object.

As Example :

1.     The girl who wear red clothe is my old friend.

2.     The company is looking for accountant who has great skill.

3.     A man who drive the red car is holywood star.

4.     The boy who use Manchester united’s jersey is fanatic fans of Manchester United.

2.     Whom

Whom is the word which explain the subject or the writer.

As Example:

1.   I met someone whom i ever hit.

2.   Finally i can cook something whom i learn for long time.

3.  Which

Which is the word which explain the things which become the object.

As Example :

1.     Finally i find the book which i looking for.

2.     There are so many things which you can get by study.

3.     Riki borrow my pen which i bought yesterday.

     1.       It was difficult to deliver the letter because the sender had written the wrong address on the envelope.

     2.       We decided to leave early because the party was boring.

     6.       The benefit was such great a success that the promoters decided to repeat it.  

     7.       It was such a nice day that we decided to go to the beach.

     8.       Jane looked so sick that the nurse told her to go home. 

     9.       Those were such difficult assignments that we spent two weeks finishing them.

    10.     Ray called at such an early hour that we weren’t awake yet.

    11.    The book looked so interesting that he decided to read it.

    12.    He worked so carefully that it took him a long time to complete the project.

    13.    We stayed in the sun for such a long time that we became sunburned.

    14.    There were such many people on the bus that we decided to walk.

    15.    The program was so entertaining that nobody wanted to miss it.
